Carolina Muñoz Selected Finalist for the Guasch Coranty International Painting Prize 2023

Isabel Croxatto Galería is proud to announce that our represented artist Carolina Muñoz is a finalist for the Guasch Coranty International Painting Prize 2023 in Barcelona.

Carolina's painting Frágil, presented in her solo exhibition Un Color Tiene Muchos Rostros in 2021, was selected among the works of 147 artists to be part of the shortlist for the prize and the group show that will showcase the 35 finalists.

The Guasch Coranty International Painting Prize is awarded every five years by the Guasch Coranty Foundation in Barcelona to promote pictorial creation and to encourage innovation in painting. The 2023 edition of the prize had a jury formed by the Spanish artists Francesca Llopis, Patricia Dauder and Carlos Velilla. The results will be announced later in August.
