Wladymir Barnechea released his new book, Neo Tokio: Historia del Anime en la Cultura Chilena [Neo-Tokyo: History of Anime in Chilean Culture, in which he reviews the impact of Japanese animation on Chilean culture and arts for the past 40 years.
This is the second book by the artist, who in 2018 released the publication De la Tierra al Cielo: Arte, cultura japonesa y escenas locales [From Earth to Heaven: Art, Japanese culture and local scenes].
Neo Tokio: Historia del Anime en la Cultura Chilena, published by Ediciones Zero, is now available in selected bookstores in Chile.
